At Craigmount High School we aim to make the transition from primary to secondary as smooth as possible for all young people who will be joining us. We work closely with our primary colleagues in our cluster primary schools (Corstorphine Primary School, East Craigs Primary School, Fox Covert Primary School, Hillwood Primary School and Roseburn Primary School). Transition working begins in early October and continues through to when the pupils finally join us in August.
