On the day of your appointments, the teachers will call you on the number you have provided. Please do not call the school on the evening. Should you miss a call or an appointment we will not be able to rearrange this on the evening. Each slot will be strictly 5mins, with no back-to-back bookings. We encourage you to consider what you wish to discuss in advance. The appointment schedule must run strictly to time.

Progress Reports
Progress reports are emailed to parents/carers this includes those parents who live apart that have requested them. This can be done through the school office. We issue 3 reports in S1-3 (1 comment and 2 tracking) and for S4-6 we issue 4 tracking reports during the year. S1 -3 Comment reports highlight 2 areas of strength and 2 areas in which students can develop, as well as a comment on their application. They will also give numerical scores for progress, effort, behaviour, working grade/level and a target grade agreed between the student and their teacher. S1-6 Tracking reports give working grades/levels, target grade, as well as numerical scores for progress, behaviour and effort in learning.
