Remote Learning

In these unprecedented times we recognise Remote Learning will be different for all, as such, we are prioritising the wellbeing of our community not least students, staff and their families.

During the school closure the following links will guide you to relevant home learning. This is a landing page, one to use for reference. It will be updated regularly, however, Teams is our preferred method of interaction between teachers and classes.

Students may be used to their normal timetable, however, we have offered the timetables below,  using the ‘Daily Tasks’ area to supplement any down time they may wish to fill.  We are hoping students achieve 20hrs of work per week, prioritising wellbeing throughout, remaining calm and positive.

We have created a guide on ‘What is reasonable to expect?’ and a blank timetable that students may wish to copy to create their own working week.

Remote Learning – S1

Remote Learning – S2

All students will be in class Teams where work will be issued and discussed using the various channels. We encourage students to let their teachers know of any difficulties they may be having with access or the work issued. Deadlines do have flexibility so please let your teacher and PSL know if you have competing deadlines and we will happily make another arrangement. You should always prioritise wellbeing and create your own timetable to suit your own home situation. Use the sample below to guide you, there are blanks at the bottom to populate your own timetable. PSL’s can assist if necessary.
