Respect Week 2018 (12th – 16th Nov)
Craigmount High School is now recognised as a Rights Respecting School. Everybody in the Craigmount community had the opportunity to vote on which rights we deemed were most important to us and five rights came out very prominently, resulting in the following.

WOW 2019 : Tiree Adventure (S1 – S3)
S1-S3 students who have shown an interest in going on this fantastic trip to the Isle of Tiree, in May 2019, please attend a meeting at break time in CDT room G47 on Fri 16 November. This meeting is to let you know if you have been selected to go on this trip, to give you further information, to give out a letter with permission slips and to give you information on Parent Pay. This is a 6 day trip and will cost about £300. If you are unable to attend this meeting but you would like to know if you have been selected, see Mr.Cheyne in CDT.
S2 students helping with Maths P7 event TODAY should go to Mrs Batten’s room 169 in maths after tutor time. Please leave jackets and bags in lockers.

There will be a meeting in the PE classroom at break TODAY for all students who have handed in a permission form. If unable to attend please see Miss Mackay in the PE dept.
Lego Robotics Challenge (S1 –S3)
The next meeting will be this Wednesday 14th November in room 145 (Science, Mr Owens)
All those taking part MUST attend, as you will be learning how to program the Lego Mindstorms robot system and discussing the research task.
If you cannot attend, please speak to Mr Owens or Miss Burns before Wednesday lunchtime.
Could all students interested in taking part in the Liverpool trip, please attend a meeting in room 234 at break TODAY to discuss the trip and a possible change to the itinerary? If you are unable to attend, please see Mrs Scott in Room 234 beforehand.

There is a radiotherapy open day on Saturday 17th November at the Western General Hospital. If anyone is thinking of becoming a radiotherapist, interested in working in the field of radiotherapy or medical physics, or has an interest in how cancers are cured using radiotherapy, then go along to the Western General Hospital on the 17th between 11am and 4pm. There will be talks and demos from people working in the field.
