Corstorphine Fair

Thanks to everyone who contributed time and gifts for our tombola stall at the Corstorphine Fair earlier in June. After costs (e.g. stall hire) we made a fantastic profit of just over £1,500, which is fantastic.  A big thank you to Brenda for having the energy and enthusiasm to take on organising the stall and to Gillian and others for putting in the hours sorting out our prizes.

The last Parent Council Annual General Meeting was held on Monday 28th May 2018, with the next meeting due on Monday 27th May, at the school.

The meeting was to review the work of the parent council over the past year, approve the accounts and discuss issues raised by parents.

At the ordinary meeting that followed the AGM, the posts of Chair and Secretary were agreed, with Jane Crewe and Phil Wild continuing in the roles they took on last year.   Vaman Pujari stood down as Treasurer, and following the meeting of 3 September 2018 we have now appointed Gerald Jamieson to that post.

Chair – Jane Crewe

Secretary – Phil Wild

Treasurer – Gerald Jamieson
