Getting Into Medicine and Dentistry Course
Getting Into Medicine and Dentistry Course on Saturday the 28th of April. We are giving pupils from our partner schools a special discount to attend. For just £10 they will get access to a full-day course that normally retails at £135.
This month’s course at Imperial College in London was very well received by the 85 students who attended, many of which have registered for our other, more intensive courses (please see http://medschool-admissions.co.uk/courses/ ). These are focussed on giving students the edge in the different aspects of the application process depending on which medical or dental school they are applying for. Discount codes for these courses will be given to students that attend on Saturday, so that they can save money on future courses with us. They also get access to our Facebook study group where they get daily updates on Hot Topics for interview, personal statement writing tips etc. They can also ask any questions they like of our tutors who are current medical students at some of the top universities in the country, such as Oxford.

Exam Travel using school bus pass
Students who are using their bus passes during exam leave and needing to travel at various times throughout the school day should come to the school office to obtain a permission letter just in case questioned by driver.
Attention of (potential) Christmas 2018 leavers.Cheynes hairdressers are looking for 6 young people across Edinburgh to take up an extended work experience programme. You would spend time in the training academy and on work experience in a salon.It starts in June and you take the school summer holiday and then return there in August.
The aim of the programme is to prepare young people for a successful career in hairdressing, ideally with Cheynes.
