Smart Futures is a ten month programme, which starts with three weeks of paid work experience during the students’ summer holidays (15 June to 5 July inclusive). After the three weeks of work experience, an allocated mentor will continue to support the student(s) throughout their final year at school and advise them on one of the biggest career choices they will make – the first step in their working life.
